QT yoga in mindfulness is like mediation in action or movement mediation when it’s done right you will feel like a spiritual dance. Please note this is not a aerobic exercise where you jump into pose, jump out of pose.

Looking inwards feeling the movements of joints, bones, feeling the tension in

Moving in and out of the pose and relaxing in the pose connects your body response system to your mind. Experiencing the better being inwards you radiate the joy and happiness outwards.
