Maxion RegRestore scans your entire registry for corruptions in the registry database, invalid or missing entries, and other problems, and displays a list of those that are found. These problems are common and can occur for many reasons, including the incorrect or incomplete removal of software, missing or corrupt hardware drivers, or orphaned startup programs. RegRestore will even color code each problem it identifies so you know which are the most serious and require special attention. You then have the option to selectively correct each problem or automatically repair them all. RegRestore can even make a backup of any registry entries removed or replaced so that you can easily recover any changes should you make a mistake. Other features include an automatic run and repair at Windows startup function, log files, and the ability to maintain multiple registry backups by date
