Features:

Installing:
CaffCam2 does not require installation in the traditional sense. Simply extract the contents of the zip file to a folder of your choice and launch the application from there, or create a shortcut to the application on your desktop.
Editing 'cam.dat':
The file 'cam.dat' contains the info on each Cam. Removal of a Cam requires the user to delete the entire line of text relating to the Cam (including the line it self). Be sure to leave 1 (one) empty line after the last Cam in the list.
Launching a Cam:
Select the Cam from the drop down list on the main screen. Select the 'slot' number (from 1 to 6). Click Launch.
Adding a Cam:
Select Add Cam from the main screen. Enter in the Cam name (try to keep it short).
In the 'Image URL' field, enter the URL of the Cam's image, eg http://www.geocities.com/~bob/camimage.jpg
Select a default refresh rate from 1 to 60 seconds (can be changed on the Cam window).
Click Add Cam, reset the form if you are going to add another Cam and click Done to close the window.
The new Cam will now be available from the drop down list of Cams. |
