One floppy Linux CD Player, or 1FCD Linux, was developed by its author, because an old computer can be used as a simple CD player, and you may not be satisfied with what is offered on the net. Some programs do not work with a sound card, other Linux one-floppy players do not support an Audio CD playback. If you have some or even many Audio CD's that you are lazy to convert to MP3's, and an old computer, you will find this mini system useful. The zipped package contains the floppy image file, rawrite.exe for writing it on a diskette under DOS, and the readme file, which should be noticed, too. |
